What if healing didn't begin with fixing, but with being heard?


We all carry stories that often remain unspoken. Sometimes, what we need most isn't advice or answers, but a safe space where we can share without fear of judgment and be reminded that we're not alone.


The Trauma Healing Support Group is a free monthly community circle created for exactly that.
